Apparently there is such a thing as too much Halloween candy. Yesterday Mali had to learn the hard way. She went to school for the morning and came back home with her morning snack still in her lunch bag. I asked her why she didn’t eat the snack I sent her with and she said that she ate a lot of candy instead. She wasn’t really hungry when she came home, had a belly ache. Before we left for the Ashby’s for dinner she said she needed to go to the bathroom, she went. We got to Cindy’s house and she barfed. Great! But no fever, just a really bad belly ache. Her body rejecting the sugar overload made her miss going out to trick or treat. Instead she played Mario Kart and hung out on the couch. Poor girl. Taya, however, was so pumped about the whole thing. She got dressed and her and Benj went around Tees Court. She was in full Lion character. So cute. Thankfully today the girls dressed up for dance class so we managed to get pictures of Mali in a costume. Not her Queen costume but a costume anyway. Good times.
